I’m told by my publisher that the new low, low price of $2.99 for the second edition “Broken Spring” e-book applies only to countries were there’s an Amazon presence, like the US, Canada and some place in Europe. Here in the struggling third world, we have to pay a bit more. A friend was surprised to find that the e-book would cost him $5.99 here.
