Egypt tourism still in freefall

A year ago the Muslim Brotherhood was in power in Egypt, and that scared away tourists. Now the military is back in control–and the numbers are still dropping dramatically. The state-owned Al-Ahram newspaper reports a 32 percent drop in tourist visits in March compared to March last year. The article adds other troubling statistics.
